Cacao Ceremony with Drumming & Movement, and a Heart Centred Sound Bath in North London
A cacao ceremony is deeply healing, and helps us to realign with our true and loving selves.
Ceremonial cacao is a heart centred plant medicine, that clears energetic blockages, and helps us to open and embrace our hearts. The cacao for this event will be beautifully complimented by drumming, movement, and a heart centred sound bath and meditation.

Our evening will open with shamanic drumming and movement. We will then drink the delicious cacao, which we will enhance with a pinch of sea salt, cinnamon and a dash of maple syrup (any allergies please let us know). We will then nestle down for a heart opening meditation and sound bath with 432hz crystal bowls, bliss 💚
